On Wednesday the US Treasury Department approved the release of several ferry licenses for passenger transport between the United States and Cuba.
On Friday local time the all-American summit began in the Panama metropolis. US President Barack Obama and Cuban leader Raul Castro were also present during the opening ceremony.
On Saturday the highest representatives of the United States and Cuba met to negotiate in the midst of the All-American Summit in the Panamanian capital city.
